The mission of the Alzheimer's Association is "to provide leadership to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research, while enhancing care and support services for individuals and their families". Huntington's Disease Society of America
The Huntington's Disease Society of America is the only national voluntary health agency in the United States dedicated to finding a cure for HD through research and improving the lives of people with Huntington's Disease and their families.
