Care Advocate > Gerontology Conference

Older adults are truly America’s greatest generation. Known for their family values and work ethic, they have laid the groundwork for the prosperity and freedom we enjoy today. As we come together to celebrate aging, we recognize and explore the courage it takes to define a future that provides safe, timely, effective, and efficient person-centered care across the continuum by an interdisciplinary team. We must share one voice that advocates for the care of the elderly.
