Future Students Meet our Graduate Students Explore the real life application of education and research and explore clinical practice. The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) specialties and Doctor of Science in Nursing (PhD) program prepares nurses for advanced nursing practice, research and service. MSN graduates can work as nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, nurse anesthetists, nurse mid-wives, and community, occupational health and administration experts. The PhD program prepares nursing leaders to augment the empirical and theoretical base of nursing practice through research and service in leadership roles in higher education, health services, professional nursing organizations and related arenas.
